Nadine Navarro (USA Visa Lawyer) is an immigration attorney and CEO of Drafty AI. A Cuban-American and ABA Journal Legal Rebel, she has spent over a decade helping talented professionals build their lives in the U.S. - and now builds the technology that helps immigration lawyers do the same, faster.
Before founding Drafty AI, Nadine ran her own immigration practice, Navarro Immigration LLC, representing international founders, STEM professionals, athletes, and artists. She saw firsthand how much time attorneys spent on repetitive drafting - and knew technology could give that time back.
Nadine also co-founded Law Firm Architects, a consulting practice that helps law firms redesign their operations to prevent burnout. Her personal experience with the toll of overwork drives her mission: proving that professional success doesn't have to come at the cost of your well-being.
