Getting Help & Support
The Help Center
Every page in DraftyAI has contextual help. Click the Help button (or press the help icon) to:
- See an overview of what you're doing
- Read step-by-step walkthroughs for multi-step tools
- Browse frequently asked questions (FAQs) for that feature
- Find links to detailed guides
The Help Center covers every part of your drafting workflow — the Drafting Studio, plus the specialized studios it routes you into when relevant (RFE / NOID / NOIR Response Studio, Asylum / Withholding / CAT, I-601A Waiver, Translation Studio, Expert Letter Builder) — along with account, billing, and security topics.
Sage: Your In-App Support Assistant
Sage is an AI assistant available directly in DraftyAI. Click the chat icon to start a conversation.
Sage is built to answer how-to, product, account, and billing questions and to help you troubleshoot the platform. It hands off to a human for anything sensitive. It does not provide legal advice on your matters, and it is designed not to take actions on your account or to access another firm's data.
For sensitive account changes or if Sage can't resolve your issue, escalate to a human support agent (see below).
Reaching a Human
If you need to speak with someone on the DraftyAI team:
- In-app: Use the chat menu to request escalation to a support specialist
- Email: support@draftyai.com
When you contact support, have your account email and a brief description of your issue ready. Please don't include privileged client facts or document contents — describe the platform problem, not the underlying matter.
For Partnerships & Business Inquiries
If you're interested in integrations, reselling DraftyAI, or partnership discussions, email admin@draftyai.com. Product and support questions should go to support@draftyai.com.
Still Have Questions?
Start in the Help Center for your current tool. If that doesn't answer your question, open Sage and describe what you're trying to do.
DraftyAI accelerates drafting; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You review, edit, and are solely responsible for every document you file.
