If I input a client's information into DraftyAI, will the client's personal information be at risk because DraftyAI uses OpenAI's ChatGPT API's?Using a platform like DraftyAI has a couple of security advantages over directly using Chat GPT: 1- Our application communicates with OpenAI via their Application Programming Interfaces, known as APIs. When one sends data over the APIs, OpenAI(ChatGPT) does NOT use the information to improve their model as they do when you directly use ChatGPT on the web browser. They store the information briefly for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which the data is automatically deleted. You may also visit OpenAI's Security Portal to learn about their data protection and security practices. There you can see they practices and systems are in compliance with some of the highest compliance regiments such as CCPA, GDPR, SOC 2, and SOC 3. 2- DraftyAI offers an additional layer of protection to users by masking client and attorney information before sending the prompts to OpenAI's API. This means that ChatGPT never receives your client’s personal details, except what is absolutely necessary to create the draft. For example, for an asylum brief, we would have to share the country from which the client is claiming fear of persecution and any corresponding details about the persecution that would assist the model to create an applicable brief.

How do I change my plan/subscription?1. Go to Settings. 2. Select Account Management. 3. Navigate to Billing and Subscriptions. 4. Enter the email address associated with your account. 5. Check your email for a one-time security password and enter it on the page. 6. Click on your current plan. 7. Click on Edit Subscription 8. Click on “Change →” 9. From the dropdown menu which shows your current plan selected, choose the plan you wish to change to. 10. Select the desired billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly). 11. Click “Update →” and you’re done!
